SIRIUS Satellite Radio

Contributing to the auction are all of the celebrity athletes that host shows on SIRIUS' action sports and lifestyle channel, Faction: Lance Armstrong, Tony Hawk, Bam Margera, Bode Miller, Jonny Moseley, Kelly Slater, Sinjin Smith and Kerri Walsh.

One-of-a-kind, autographed items and/or experiences with these world-class athletes will be made available in an online auction starting Monday, January 17 at 6 pm ET, through www.eBay.com/sirius.

Some of the items to be auctioned are expected to include:

* A US Postal Service racing jersey autographed by Lance Armstrong
* A Bam Margera-signed skateboard deck, guest appearance on his Radio Bam program on Sirius, and a visit to the set of the Viva La Bam TV show
* A 2-hour surfing lesson with Kelly Slater in Southern California, a signed Channel Island surfboard and a signed copy of Kelly's book, Pipe Dreams
* A Tony Hawk signed Birdhouse skateboard deck

Net proceeds of the online auction will be forwarded to the U.S. Fund for UNICEF.
