XM / World Cup Soccer 2006 exclusive

In a one-two punch today, XM has announced an exclusive agreement to be the satellite radio broadcaster for The FIFA World Cup Germany 2006 Soccer. This, coupled with their new partnership with Andres Cantor, allows XM to have play-by-play coverage of all 64 the FIFA World Cup Germany 2006 Soccer tournament matches, including team selection and qualifying matches, in both English and Spanish.

The World Cup tournament will be on the new 24-hour Spanish-language channel just announced, though at this time I have no clue which channel that will be.
