Sirius & Ford Extend Relationship

Sirius and Ford announced a couple days ago that they’re extending Sirius’ exclusive deal with Ford to 2011, which originally was only promised for the 2006 and 2007 model-year period.

The extension doesn’t come without conditions of course, with Ford having the option to extend up to 2013 as well as the option to change the terms to non-exclusive in 2009. If Ford should decide to dump Sirius’ exclusive terms, they’d be forfeiting all future economic benefits.
