Folk,

I've been thinking about this merger thing.... and I'm just not sure what to do. I'm thinking that maybe if we review this another 4-5 months we should have greater visibility on the financial condition of XM or Sirius.

I feel like hell that this is taking so long, but my job as the Chairman is to protect all you people from something that is considered a necessity. This isn't one of those things mind you, but what the hell.... I need job security.

I've got to run (literally) I ate some bad sushi last night and still have the "squirts".

Sincerely,

Kevin "I'll get to it" Martin

Super duper delightful, this ought to make us forget how bad this company is doing - 2,000 subs - M A Y B E. I wonder what kind of subsidy XM has paid to Porsche to gain this news.

Wouldn't it be great if XM didn't pay something like 2M to Porsche and a spiff for each unit activated as self-pay and then a residual every month?

No wonder that this company is tanking.

Hello Porsche.... I need five of these in red to go pronto!
Do you deliver to the Washington area?

No...I won't need Sirius installed, but do you have HD?

You know I've thought more about it. Screw Melvin Alan "Mel" Karmazin, the FCC will continue to save the satradio industry from Melvin Alan "Mel" Karmazin's greed and arrogance. Melvin Alan "Mel" Karmazin is one reason why terrestrial radio is so bad. If Melvin Alan "Mel" Karmazin's "merge" MONOPOLY scheme is allowed it will be bad for consumers and ultimately the end of the satradio industry.

Change my vote to NO! to "merge" MONOPOLY.

Good, more bells and whistles. Good partnership for XM Radio.

Ryan
