ABBA Radio will re-return starting tomorrow, December 12th at 6pm ET and will run for a 9-day limited engagement through Saturday, December 20th at 11:59 pm ET.
For the channel re-launch, ABBA's own Benny Andersson sat down for a new interview with ABBA expert and music journalist Fred Bronson.
Fans will hear Andersson describe the headline-making moment when the four members of ABBA made their appearance at the premiere of MAMMA MIA! The Movie in Stockholm. He'll also discuss his cameo in the movie with Björn Ulvaeus as well as his opinion of Meryl Streep's singing performance.

What's next from the genius programmers at Sirius/XM - a Donny & Marie retrospective? I can walk into any supermarket and hear this drivel being piped into the store for the pleasure of all the fat, white trash shoppers.
Management seems to be intent on pissing off the subscribers. Almost every decision they make weakens the product and antagonizes the listeners. If they would only keep everything SIMPLE and use a little COMMON SENSE, they would add several million subs in no time flat. Why Oh why are these people so God damn clueless?

This is an ad in the form of a channel, and a sterling example of how Sirius is taking your subscription money and then doing whatever its advertisers - not listeners - want.
I get that it has to survive. But let's not clothe an ad in a channel then call it a public service.
I love ABBA. An ABBA song once in a while is great. I also love Steve Roach, Robert Rich, Techno, Ulrich Schnauss, Daft Punk, and Pet Shop Boys. ABBA knew how to make a good pop song.
WHY?
We can't have Special XMAS this year.

If we must have a single-artist channel, ABBA Radio is how it should be done...For a limited time only! They even say on the channel that it's for the DVD release of Mama Mia.
Having a single-artist channel for a short time is special, maybe even something to look forward to. Run it for too long (E Street Radio, Elvis Radio & all the others) will cause listener burnout & my even hurt new subscriptions & sales of what these channels are trying to promote.
