First of all, this screams "bit" - I don't even listen to the show and I can tell that.

Secondly, I notice the Howie fanboys always go after O&A and tell them they are worthless and will be gone after the merger. But whenever us Virus listeners mention Ron & Fez, you dopes never even acknowledge them. (Meanwhile, people on both sides know Bubba is, in fact, a douchebag and irrelevant.) Answer me this: Do you not know about R&F, or is it that you either, a) respect R&F enough not to involve them in your petty back and forth horse manure, or b) ignore/don't care about them?

Because, in my humble opinion and that of many O&A listeners, R&F are the true stars of 202 (they should have won the Best Kept Secret Orbie, but somehow it went to one show that airs no more than eight times a year and another that has aired three and a half times (three live shows and a podcast replay).). I got XM for uncensored O&A, but I discovered, and now love Ron & Fez.

I ask this because shakeups and "drama" of this sort is a regular occurrence on R&F, and if any of you honestly believe that Artie Lange has truly left the show, I will leave you with a quote from the smartest man I know never to graduate high school:

P.S. Ron & Fez, knowing they will miss a live show because of vacations or booked events (like Unmasked tapings), will record bonus shows ahead of time so that loyal listeners will still get new content daily. i've been listening since 87...when Howard was the only "Shock Jock"...yes he did invent this type of radio and still does it better than ever...this was real Artie is a loose cannon but an amazing asset to the show. Him apologizing to howard after the fight was pretty touching, he respects the hell out of Howard and doesn't respect himself. As far as O and A they're fine, i've heard them here and there but they are obvious Howard clones and obviously can't get ratings....they've never got above a 1.2...I don't think Howard was ever below a 7.0 and peaked at a 9 or 10 but it's not just O and A it's all radio shock jocks...there is only one who paved the way and has stood the test of time and he could stay on air till he's 80 and still be the best. As far as R and F sure if you're into radio you've heard them mentioned but the earlier post was correct, they are not really a blip on anyones radar. people who love Stern have trouble listening to anything else because everything else in some way or another even if unintentional steals from his show. It's like any hard rock band will always be compared to Zeppelin or Sabbath or Beatles and Stones because they set the bar. Howard will go down as the single most influential radio personality ever and I dread the day when he's off the air....it'll be back to music because talk radio is nothin w/out Howard. Bababooey to ya'll.
