Nissan taps XM Satellite Radio for its Factory-Installed Satellite Radio Provider

Nissan has tapped XM Satellite Radio as its factory-installed satellite radio solution for Infiniti and Nissan vehicles beginning with the 2008 model year. More than five hundred thousand Nissan and Infiniti vehicles with factory-installed XM Satellite Radio are projected to be produced for the 2008 model year with more than one million projected annually by the 2010 model year.
Back in January Nissan and XM signed a long-term satellite-delivered data and telematics services (in-vehicle messaging and XM NavTraffic) and now Nissan and XM are expanding this relationship.
