Bally's Commercial with XM Satellite Radio Promotion

Here's a new Bally Total Fitness nationwide commercial spot that's part of a co-marketing promotion with XM Satellite Radio. New members who join Bally's by 02/28/07 get a free XM Sportscaster with Car Kit, and the activation fee is waived.
The promotion is running on Bally's homepage, and XM has a page for it here.

I joined Bally Total Fitness in Dec 06 and have been trying to geta xm radio ever since
(44QVTGXJ9) and can not get a radio sent to me. What Can I do?
