Please don't post my e-mail address or put me on a list to receive e'mails. Your May 8/08 program with Colonel North was interesting. I did notice one error in Colonel Norths comment about the 16 million plus members of the armed services during WWII. He said we were able to achieve this with only a population of 180 million. In checking the 1940 Census showed we only had 132 million plus. I am also from Brooklyn and remember going to the 1939 Worlds Fair where the National Cash Register company had a building with A cash Register on top which was registering the continuing increase in population of the country. In 1945 I was one of that number that was graduated from high school, 17 years old, and joined the Navy. Please don't conisider this a critcism as I have a great deal of respect for both you and Colonel North. Thank you for having such a web site.
