Black Friday Watch: XpressEZ at Circuit City
Circuit City brings us the Black Friday goodness with the XpressEZ XM radio (read my XpressEZ review in case you're curious) for a mere $19.99.
That's with a $20 instant rebate and a $30 mail-in rebate.
While there's no pre-paid subscription card included, twenty bucks is a pretty good bargin.

Is this the same unit that XM was offering me for free the last time I talked to a CR? -- a few weeks ago?

Something like this could help to reinvigorate retail to some extent -- although, the FM modulator situation will insure that both companies have the worst Q4s they have had in several years.

not to rain on anyone's parade here...but a $19.99 XpressEZ is not going to set the world on fire.
What the 2 sat radio companies need to do is offer 3 months free service and free online activation for all new customers. no rebates, just free service.

so i pay $50 for a radio with no presets then wait xx months to get my $30 back by mail? I hope this is not all they are offering at Circuit City this year cause thats a shitty deal. It should just be $20 out the door.
