The Bubba The Love Sponge show will start broadcasting live Friday mornings on Sirius' Howard 101, starting on February 23rd.
Bubba will continue to host his regular daily show, Monday - Thursday from 3pm-7pm ET on Howard 101, but his new timeslot on Fridays mornings is now 6am-10am ET.
Replays on of the Friday morning show will air in the afternoon, from 3pm-7pm ET.

That's already happened. Friday's shows are currently always "Mastertape Theatre", hosted by the renowned and distinguished Sir Hardin Thicke, which features a replay of a complete uncensored show from the tape archives that Stern got control of last year when he agreed to let CBS stop suing him for going to satellite radio :-)

I'm glad to see Bubba's getting a little more visibility, and he'll be a great fit with the nascar programming. I'd venture that he's responsible for a lot more subs to Siri than people are willing to give him credit for....he is a rock in the Southeast. Yeshhh.

For every 10,000 listeners that love Bubba ( I'm not one of them...yawn ) that's 10,000 subs less to lose when THE Howard departs.
Looks to me that Howard's life with Beth suggests his later years might better be spendt with her and chess in the Hamptons than watching whores pee in Gary's bucktoothed face.
He's in the Autumn of his career undoubtedly....and one of the three legs on Sirius's stool.

Hello Everyone knew when Howard moved he said he was taking Friday's off. Get over it I like Bubba, I know i get more of a response from Bubba's show than i do with Howards. I have written e-mails to the show and i get no response from anyone. I wrote Bubba show and got a response right away. For being a fan of Howards for many years 15 to be excite. I give news for the show. Telling them that Danny Bonoduchi is on Free FM with Adam and no one gets back to me.Do you think the show should put out bummber stickers????? I would love to have one for my car. Thanks
I think this is great for Bubba and great for the Howard crew in general. I like MasterTape theater but sometimes I'm just not in the mood. I sometimes use Fridays to learn what else is on satellite. But I was kind of annoyed that I didn't hear Howard's take on Anna Nicole until Monday. Having a live "Howard" show to listen to on Friday mornings is great. It's not Howard but it's still a good thing. I was thinking Bubba should fill in on Fridays but this is just as good. If it works out he might end up on 100 eventually!
