I love how so many media outlets are exclaming Martha Stewart Joins Howard Stern or Martha Stewart to join shock jock Stern to entice their audience to read further. The despirate for attention media just loves to create and feed on the hype they create themselves.

Sure, most of it comes from cheesy gossip rags, or somewhat questionable news outlets, but almost every article is naming dropping Stern like crazy. TV is particularly guilty of this, I can't count how many times I heard "Stern and Stewart" mentioned.

On Thursday, April 14th, SIRIUS OutQ will be celebrating their 2-Year Anniversary of 24-hour broadcasting of GLBT news, talk and entertainment.

Sirius OutQ truly has no counterpart on terrestrial or satellite radio, and it hasn't gone unnoticed in the Gay community. 98% of OutQ listeners claim they have recommended SIRIUS to others because of it. OutQ has also attracted advertisers looking to appeal to this demo such as Subaru of America, Inc.

Although I don't listen to OutQ, I have to respect what they've accomplished. Congrats OutQ for the awesome past 2-years, for championing this, and for most importantly, showing that this is a viable medium for vertical content.
