Clear Channel Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer Andrew Levin took a shot at Stern's future home of Sirius Satellite Radio, calling satellite radio a "safe haven" that is "fast becoming the wild west for sexually explicit programming."
Here's the full quote from Levin:
"Congress and the FCC should be troubled that the current law unwittingly creates a safe haven for indecent programming on other media platforms, including satellite radio. Unfortunately these outlets are fast becoming the wild west for sexually explicit programming. The law needs to catch up to technology or our children will be the ultimate victims."
Jealous anyone?
Funny how Clear Channel is now so damn concerned about our children being victims when it doesn't profit them. But you know these people would be all over being safe havens "for sexually explicit programming" themselves if the FCC didn't fine them up the ass. It's amazing how quickly these corporate scum change their tone at the first site of opposition.
