MSNBC: As expected, Delphi Corporation has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy today (Saturday, Oct 8th) and resulting in probable plant closures and layoffs. According to the press release, operations and shipments to customers are expected to continue without interruption, so theoretically this shouldn’t affect XM’s supply of radios.
