Sirius Satellite Radio has extended their partnership with ESPN to add new programming to Sirius' line-up, including simulcasts of some of ESPN's television shows - like SportsCenter.
Sirius will continue to broadcast ESPN Radio (ch 120), as well as ESPN Deportes Radio (ch 181), but will supplement programming on ESPNEWS (ch 121) with all the goodies.
First up is "ESPN The Magazine" hosted by Gary Hoenig, general manager and editor-in-chief of ESPN Publishing, and ESPN The Magazine Editor Gary Belsky, which debuted today. The weekly show will feature Hoenig and Belsky and a roundtable of ESPN The Magazine writers and editors examining the news stories of the week, interacting with callers, and conducting interviews with big-name guests from the world of sports.
Then of course there's SportsCenter which will be among several of ESPN's television mainstays made available to Sirius subscribers.
Other ESPN television programming to be offered includes Around the Horn (5 - 5:30pm M-F); College GameDay (10am - noon Saturdays during the football season); Outside the Lines (9am Sundays); Sports Reporters (9:30am Sundays) and NASCAR Now (6pm M-F).
ESPNEWS will also carry the acclaimed show, Pardon The Interruption (5:30 - 6pm M-F), featuring the daily sports debates of Washington Post columnists Tony Kornheiser and Michael Wilbon.
ESPN The Magazine airs Tuesdays 12pm - 2pm ET and SportsCenter will air on 6pm, 11pm Monday through Friday All shows will air on ESPNEWS (ch 121).
UPDATE: What's up with ESPN playing both sides with the whole "exclusive" content thing? Note that XM is covering the Rose Bowl thanks to a deal with ESPN.

Sounds great. I can listen to PTI while I'm at work. Nice work Sirius.
Actually, XM already carries PTI on its ESPN Radio channel , and I think Sirius has already been carrying it, too.
PTI is aired on ESPN News everyday. When that happens, your ESPN News satrad station carries PTI.
Sadly, ESPN Radio programming is slipping significantly. Their heavy hand with their personalities has scared off more than a few talented hosts. Only time I tune in to XM 140 is on the weekend when it's the only real option for sports.
Well hell ,thanks for the update guys, I had no idea PTI was already on Sirius. Gotta start tuning in then. Again, thanks guys.
Awesome, I love ESPN and I love my Sirius. BREAT NEWS!!!!!
It's true...Dan Patrick leaving has caused at least middays to suck on ESPN Radio, and I just can't get into The Pulse...I still enjoy The Herd occasionally and Gamenight, depending on who's hosting that night. Jason Smith's not AS good as Todd Wright was, but All Night still isn't TOO bad.
But I digress...I wonder if a similar deal is coming for ESPNNews 141 on XM.
XM already has XMSN, I'm sure they'll just think why bother rebroadcasting MORE ESPN TV stuff when their sports coverage is already very good without having to go "out of house" to get it. Sounds like Sirius is just getting lazy with producing sports content considering ALL they have left is NFL after losing NHL and all the college sports divisions worth a damn.
No wonder the sirius fans are always praying for a merger ;)
The one thing I am excited about here is the simulcast of ESPN Gameday during College Football Season. On several Saturday's this year we have tailgated outside the stadium and wished we could listen to Gameday on the radio. And no, the radio version of Gameday they played WAS NOT the same thing.... Looking forward to next year!

-----------
The NHL doesn't count as a sport bud. Their fan base is small, and it isn't getting any bigger any time soon since the only time you can watch is on your local FSN affiliate, Versus isn't a standard cable channel. Stop trolling.
Tell that the great white north.
Oh, and...
GO DEVILS ASSHOLE!
NHL might not be "popular" compared to some of the other sports, but my point was XM has everything and Sirius is left with only NFL. I was in no way saying NHL is an amazing sub draw in the US.
HOWEVER, I think it's popular in the North, no?
And, by the way, GO DEVILS.
Asshole.
NASCAR is the fasted growing sport. And it is on Sirius...correct. That to me is very major.
NASCAR hasn't shown any growth in over 2 years. In fact, their ratings have stagnated, then declined over the past 5 years. And it's free on FM and TV and it used to be on XM who realized it was a waste of $ as hearing engines doesn't make for compeling radio.
ESPN radio rules. It's much better than the TV version IMO. I'd hate to see them just broadcast their TV shows on it. Kind of hard to follow what they're talking about without the visual aspect in many cases. I listen to The Huddle as NFL pregame as it is much more indepth and provides far more info than NFL Countdown.
XMSN's College Gameday is actually my favorite College Football show. Check it out next season. With all of their game coverage, they do on the radio what ESPN is able to do on TV.
i get basketball football nacar and nhl on sirius still why is that?
Good makeup artists these days have knowledge of products that you will probably never have the time to research and they can look at your skin and make recommendations that will ensure your skin remains in top condition at all times. This advice alone is worth knowing as it will help you to help yourself look younger for longer.
There are different types of plastic and cosmetic surgeries. Most people think that cosmetic surgery is a most unusual practise to carry out. Well the fact is, cosmetic surgeries are amongst the most popular surgeries, including heart surgeries.
Well, how will you go about getting a New Yorker interested enough to tell you about all the places to see, and provide you with enough facts about the sights? By paying them of course!
Some patients feel that they are even fat after weight reduction. Surgeons in New York City help these patients to shed their excess amount of fat and skin and this has become the ultimate goal for many of the Plastic Surgeons in New York City.
I am wondering if accelerated communications via media (immediate info via satellite and computer) can make it seem as though things are worse nowadays, when, in fact, the same ol' negative news is just traveling faster and farther...???
Since doctors in the New York City have gained considerable experience over a period of years, adequate control has been obtained over the positioning of scars. Hence, the scar which appears due to surgical operations cannot be seen visibly.
