Sirius XM's Outlaw Country (Sirius channel 63 and XM channel 12) channel will broadcast an in-depth interview with critically-acclaimed band Wilco. Listeners will hear Wilco in the Sirius XM studios every weeknight, startng Monday.
Singer Jeff Tweedy and bassist John Stirratt will sit down with Outlaw Country host, Meredith Ochs, and share with listeners the story behind the creation of their latest release, Wilco [The Album]. Plus you'll hear an explanation of the camel on the album's cover art (pictured below) and other behind the scenes anecdotes.
Sirius XM listeners will also hear a new release of a song originally penned by legendary American tunesmith Woody Guthrie and the world premiere of Tweedy's new duet with Roseanne Cash, "Long Black Veil," from her upcoming album The List.
Five-nights of Wilco will air everyday beginning Monday, July 27th through Friday, July 31st at 9pm ET.
