Celebrity chefs Anthony Bourdain, and Eric Ripert will co-host Anthony Bourdain and Eric Ripert: Turn & Burn, a five-week series of shows offering listeners a taste of the ins and outs of the food world, starting on Thursday, February 18th.
Anthony Bourdain will be joined by co-host and friend Eric Ripert, chef at Le Bernardin in New York, to discuss everything from food ethics to food in the media, celebrity chefs, at-home cooks, vegetarianism, and sustainability.
And to kick things off, Turn & Burn will welcome celebrity chef Mario Batali, live in studio on February 18th at 7pm ET for the show's premiere.
On February 25th, Turn & Burn will broadcast live from the South Beach Food and Wine Festival, where Bourdain and Ripert will speak with special guests during the live broadcast, including Chef Daniel Boulud.
For a little added exposure, Bourdain and Ripert will make an appearance on The Martha Stewart Show and discuss with Martha herself the Turn & Burn show on Tuesday, February 16th.

He has written eight other books, including A Cook's Tour, Nasty Bits and Medium Raw, a follow-up to Kitchen Confidential, which will be published on June 8, 2010.

In my opinion a much better catch than Martha & Oprah. I am sure he was much cheaper, would be a better fit for satellite because he has a salty tongue, and will likely get more exposure for this outside of the satellite show. Wish he would do some cross-promotion with O&A and Howard. Could be interesting.

when does this show replay?
Well I'll definitely be checking this out. Bourdain is wickedly entertaining and his books were fantastic. Ripert's a funny guy too. Should be a good pairing. First time I'll be checking out Martha's channel.
Why don't they expand this show even more? They can include Rosie who will be happy to eat whatever they decide to cook.
