Howard Stern was the #2 highest-earning celebrity in 2005 - second only to Steven Spielberg - according to a report released in yesterday's Forbes magazine. Stern pulled in a total income of $308 million last year, compared with Spielberg’s $340 million.
Howard's income of $308 million comes to a meager $588 per minute. Compare that with XM's Oprah Winfrey who had a total income of $230 million in 2005, or $454 per-minute.

Amazing what a little photoshop can do to the ugliest people!
Stern is the 2nd highest earning celebrity and the #1 reason why XM will fail. Q4 is going to be a dark time for XM.
He may only be #2 overall, BUT he is #1 amongst all other part-time workers!
Yeah, i can relate to that guy.
Wouldn't he be 'second only to', not 'followed only by' Senor Spielbergo?
That's sick.
"Yeah, i can relate to that guy."
lol we can't related money wise to any of them, shit 20 stations for o&A, you can bet they are now well into 5m+
HEY! I can probably relate to Fezy. Sad but true. Love ya Fez!
TVGenius: Damnit, I stink. Corrected now, thanks.
Maybe stern can toss me a new $400 portable from that 300 million dollar stash.
Now to wait for the Stern vs. O&A (aka Coke vs. Pepsi) catfights.
Hoo Hoo... I'm jealous.
that is a lot but there are still a hell of a lot of people in this world that make much more than that. hell warren buffet gave waaaaay more than that away in a day.
"Howard Stern was the #2 highest-earning celebrity in 2005"
...and a grossly overpaid one at that. But who would be dumb enough to turn down $400+ million dollars?
Envy is a sin. and pretty pathetic.
And all of the money in the world can't buy this guy a heart. Nice job missing Gary's dad's funeral you douchebag.
