There have been a lot of things going on behind the scenes lately (this site is like an iceberg, most of the action is stuff you can't see), and none of what has been accomplished could have been done without the support that each and every sponsor has provided.

You're shutting the site down, aren't you? You ask whether or not you can get satellite radio in Alaska and then you out of the blue thank the sponsors. It's a little weird, but that's my theory.

I've sort of stayed away from the message board thing so far just because there's already some high quality ones out there. Don't you think XM411, XMFan and Sirius Backstage are enough?
I'm open to anything, but just curious what people think.
If you could pull off a blog *with* a messageboard, that'd be ideal IMO.
Have a link from each story into a 'article comments' section in the forum, and just add various sections based on interest:
XM, Sirius, O&A, Howard, etc, etc...
Ryan, just keep doing what your doing. Your site is unique. You gather tons of news from everything sat. radio and you have a bunch of people with good comments on them. It works great. A re-design here or there to your liking, keep it 'fresh', its all good.
The only thing i find sort of wierd is the typekey identity. But it works. Keep up the good work.
about Orbitcast sponsors. I never heard of these places before I saw them here and I must say I'm very impressed. The deals these vendors have for the community are amazing and I will vist them first for my next purchase. I dont like XM but jji and radio place have some sick deals,and I like SRS alot.
I dont want to kiss up, just saying. Keep doing what your doing. a message board would sorta be cool, but we would just fight about Howard and O&A all day. I dont like typekey either its sorta goofy how it works and I dont get it. just keep up the great work you said this isnt your dayjob and thats amazing to me because theres always new stuff on here several times a day. I dont know how you do it but you do and I will definitly support those who support orbitcast! alright enough asskissing. O&A Party SUCK! Howard kicks ass.
