Legendary singer-songwriter Jackson Browne will appear on XM's The Loft for an in-depth interview and music special this Saturday, September 27th.The interview and music special, entitled "Songlines," coincides with the release of Browne's new record, Time the Conqueror, his first album of new material in six years.
During the in-depth interview, Browne will be sharing his thoughts on various artists who have influenced him throughout his career, including David Crosby, Graham Nash, The Beatles and Kris Kristofferson. Browne will also share stories about life in New York City in the 1960s and Southern California in the 1970s.
"Songlines" - which will air this Saturday at 11:30am ET The Loft (ch 50) - also include tracks off Browne's new record as well as music from his friends and influences. Browne will personally introduce and share anecdotes songs throughout.
Ah. Just what satrad's been missing: spotlights on artists who beat the living daylights out of their girlfriends.
