Hey George, yeah Artie has a development deal. You know how many sitcoms are developed and NEVER make it to pilot stage, let alone on the air? More than you know. And knowing his stand-up routine and the fact that Beer League was his Opus, you pretty much know what kind of sitcoms he'll come up with and if the past is any indication of future success, eeeeesh.

If anything, he'll maybe get cast as the "drunk loser slob" in someone else's sitcom that doesn't get picked up either.

Both comedians are getting more exposure now than ever before, but just because you've got a development deal for a sitcom doesn't mean it will be a success. And Norton's book may flop, but compared to Beer League, the chance for having a successful book that is available nationwide is by far easier and more likely than a movie under that was only in 3 states.

I'd prefer the audio book to be voiced by Uncle Paul.

I'll definitely be buying the audio book. Sure it might not hit number one on the NY best seller's list. Sure it might not be critically eclamed and sure it might not be recognized very much outside of the O&A show fan base, but later this year, the BBBoys will have their own book and audiobook to look forward to, so the fans will buy them, and if they do that's what counts. Nobody is holding guns to Stern Zombie's heads and making them buy the damn book. so if they don't, Lil Jimmy won't lose sleep.

And again, in their demo as an entertainment "shock jock" type radio show, of which there are hundreds, they are the biggest in the country. That's a fact. Whether they fail in the future or not remains to be seen. David Lee Roth was in fact the biggest show in the catagory when he started too. DLR failed. Many people said O&A wouldn't last a month and it's been almost a year.
