Only days after being scheduled to present at the Media and Money conference, Sirius XM Radio Inc. CEO Mel Karmazin is also expected to keynote at the Convergence 2008 conference.
The Convergence 2008 conference, hosted by Chrysler, runs from October 20-22 in Detroit, Michigan. Karmazin is scheduled to keynote during the 9:10am - 10am timeslot.
Curiosity is piqued over this because the Sirius XM CEO will be keynoting at two separate conferences in less than a week's time. And Mel tends to schedule "media tours" surrounding milestone events.

Plus, he should be speaking at 3Q earnings conference in a few weeks. If he does not have anything to say, he sure will be saying it a lot.
