Hey ryan: this has nothing to do with this post, but did you catch the article on Satellite Radio? Found it on digg.com: Satellite radio
Good read.
Yeah I did actually see Sarah McBride's article in the WSJ. I just haven't gotten to it yet.
A real interesting side-note about that article is the WSJ poll they ran with it asking people what would make them subscriber to satellite radio. Very interesting results.
I'll post about it (hopefully today). Thanks Vic.
Man, I was beginning to be REALLY impressed with the Labor Day weekend lineup...until I saw the repeated posts on the schedule. ;)
Still pretty impressive...I look forward to it!
Also Labor Day weekend will also mark the start of all the classic bits from the old Howard Stern show. They are doing like a top 100 bits thing all weekend.
Over on XM, the O+A show is doing something similar running from 12AM to 12:15AM
syphix: Ugh, sorry, something got screwed up there. It's fixed now, thanks.
For the Stern fans, the Labor Day weekend is the first "re-broadcast" of some of the 23,000 hours of tapes that Sirius bought the rights to from CBS as part of their lawsuit settlement.
