Liberals don't listen to liberal talk radio. It requires something that they don't have which is an attention span for current events. The core foundation of most liberals is the "I don't care mentality". Just take care of it and deplete the military while you are at it. "It's all good". My wife used to be a true blue liberal and that was her take on things. "It's all good". It has taken me years to reprogram what her parents taught her.

Not even the people who air on Sirius Left cared enough to make an issue out of it. Nuff said.

Yea, I've thought about this before while looking at the channel guide. Surprised why they didn't think about the names offending people. It doesn't offend me but it sort of raises an eyebrow.

Actually there were, at one time, a Sirius Right and a Sirius Patriot.

Sirius Right had various syndicated terrestrial shows (Tammy Bruce, etc.) and was dropped for Fox News Talk.

Prior to Air America's going exclusive on XM, Sirius had four ideologically-defined political talk channels: Patriot, Right, Left, Air America.

The naming of Sirius Patriot has been controversial for a while. I would prefer Sirius Liberty be used for a channel produced in conjunction with Reason magazine :D ; Sirius Left can become Sirius Progress or something like that.

It just goes to show you how much liberals pay attention to talk radio. I don't even subscribe to Sirius and thought it was odd that they dropped the "Right" channel for Fox and kept "Patriot." It seemed more clear and fair to rename "Patriot" to "Right."
