Nice...more goodness to enjoy.

xm messed up on the website. they listed the content of saturday night virus as the razzle dazzle hour.

goood to finally be getting regular saturday night content besides the same replays. A step in the right direction.

Seems like there is less and less room for Ron and Fez...

Any word on what is going on with those guys?

Nice new background for the inno/helix users as well.

And what would that background be, sir?

What's Opie doing with his hands in that photo? Looks like he's thinking "I gots the cheddar."

The background used to be just like all the other talk stations, a picture of a microphone. Now 202 shows a head shot of Opie and Anthony in full color with black fading into white behind them.

Dammit, I knew they were failing...

Wow...this sounds familiar. They even have a Wrap up show...HAHA

>> Wow...this sounds familiar. They even have a Wrap up show...HAHA >>

I wouldn't exactly call it that - it's not like some bucktooth idiot is commenting on the guests or about which bits worked and which ones didn't.

It's more like a 'best of' than anything else, only with some off-air stuff and highlights from the walkovers thrown in.

Didn't Howard invent the "Best Of" show?

don't ya love the way the stern fans are bashing the hell out of anything O&A do? not much different however than the pests doing the same to Howard events. It simply means one thing. ho0ward recognizes that O&A are fore real just as O&A recogize howard is still a force.

"Didn't Howard invent the "Best Of" show?"

No, just O&A's act.
-Mac-Hine

Dopey and clan have material for a "best of show"? They suk uncensored, censored, all the way around. C'mon now!
They "Jumped the Shark" a long time ago...........!

"Dopey and clan"...?

Seriously, that was the best you could come up with?

I prefer Shmanthony and Anthony myself, but apart from that, I can't wait for the 25th.

Wait wait... How do we know what these new shows are like, when nobody's even heard them yet?

To me, the "Saturday Night Virus" does not sound like a 'wrap-up show'. It sounds like a showcase for the weekly guests and comedians O+A have on each week.

By the way, the best of the walkover is something Howard could never do... He's too paranoid to go outside in public for more than 30 seconds. But, I do have to give him credit. After all, he did invent walking.

From what I understand the Saturday Night Virus show will alternate hosts from week to week. Some weeks it will be Black Philip with Patrice O'Neal, other weeks it will be The Lazlow Show.

"Wait wait... How do we know what these new shows are like, when nobody's even heard them yet?"

Answer:"November 25th is "When the Mics Are Off," featuring exclusive off-air content, and "Best of The Walks," highlighting the favorite on-air moments from Opie and Anthony’s daily walk up to their XM Studios."

-Thats the Wrap up/Friday show. Its even described on sirius.com

"After all, he did invent walking."

-no, just O&A's act.

"When the mics are off" is something O&A have been wanting to do for the XM-only audience ever since they started XM/CBS portion. If it is like they talked about in the past then it will NOT be a wrap-up show. They wanted to air the stuff they talked about during commercial breaks since the show never stops, thats just one thing they've talked about. The "Best of Walks" is just like it sounds and that is...once again, NOT a wrap-up show.

AIR, apparently Howard Stern invented your act since you keep repeating yourself.

"When the mics are off"

Um, if the mics are off, how do they have this stuff on tape?

Cue the humor impaired. Go!

Note to Typekey: if it looks like you're not responding, people will hit the "Post" key again.

AIR,
Lenny Bruce invented Howard and O&A's act . the only thing Howard invented is tricking his stupid fans into believing he invented anything .

Heh. Typekey is like O/A. It just sucks.

:)

-Sounds like the Wrap up and Gary's "Friday show".

"AIR, apparently Howard Stern invented your act since you keep repeating yourself."

Not mine.O&A's.

Enjoy the Wrap Up err when the Mic's are off show.

Howard invented nothing, he just ripped off the original shock jock, Imus.

I listen to Howard & this is nothing like what he does. The stuff on Howard's channels, besides his show, suck. The show's producer doing a show about the show? It's aweful.

"Howard invented nothing, he just ripped off the original shock jock, Imus.

Imus was a shock jock? Oh my...I guess Moby Worm shocked people when he would gobble up High Schools...

Did you know Imus used to sit in and Hang out with Howard in the Studio? He would also play some of Howard's bits and even call Howard's mom and call her "Mom." I learned that on the Wrap Up or Friday show (Can't remember which). When they talk about behind the scenes stuff, History, Favorite On Air moments, etc... Don't worry,by the looks of things you will know what I am talking about.

I was unaware that there was only room for one person to talk about current events, make jokes, and interview celebrities on the radio.
Thank god its not like that on tv or letterman, leno, stewart, conan and others would all suck.

"O&A suck. they copied howard." is not evidence that they are copycats. The two shows are different and anyone who says they are not has never listened to both.

As for the "when the mics are off" vs. the "wrap up show" argument, you have to be kidding me. are you that dumb to think that a show following stern's that talks about what happened that day is the same thing as a weekend show containing all the banter that went on during commercial breaks? One is a bunch of guys goofing off, ripping on each other and telling jokes that never make the air and the other is a fake post-game report designed to inflate the head of a guy who is already walking around with the hindenberg on his shoulders even futher. Anyone who tries to compare the two is just worried tha maybe howard isnt as influential as he used to be and is grasping at straws in an attempt to make the comptetion look worse.

Wow MarkS your arguments all made sense until

"One is a bunch of guys goofing off, ripping on each other and telling jokes that never make the air and the other is a fake post-game report designed to inflate the head of a guy who is already walking around with the hindenberg on his shoulders even futher. First, cograts to your guys, I am A fan of the "other" guy, but I want sat rad to succeed. I have to ask how long working for both CBS and XM can last. Why would CBS keep A 3 hour AD for XM on for long. Now as A satellite radio user you know that you do not go back to old radio once you have used sat rad. So now with even more content just on XM, if you have XM you will not still also tune into CBS. It seems like great deal for OandA (not counting the FCC issue) and XM in the long run, but not for CBS if you leave them for XM to get the extras you cant get on CBS. NOT STARTING ANYTHING, just wondering.

"when the radios are off" would be a better fit. Only fat, overweight, pimple face, no gf having computer geek losers will be listening. Ok, so you got your whole audience of 30,000 listening. Your entire channel sucks donkey balls.

Those two hacks dont know what to do with their channel(s). Jesus, they were on XM for so much longer than Howard and when i was an O&A fan i remember they use to mock Howard for joining a sinking ship (Sirius).

You've been hearing things, right Opie? Nothing you use to say came to fruition. You're a loser!!! How did that pretsel feel hitting you on the head at the Mets game, asshole?! NY is now yours for the taking, but nobody cares about you. You're a reject now just like you were back in high school. Accept the fact that you're a zoo radio host. You had more than a year before Howard on satellite to come up with new and innovative ideas..... what did you come out with? Ron and Fez. Hahahhahahahaha!!! Nice going, douche.

1. why are asian people so angry?

2. 30,000? Give it up. Everyone knows that number is made up and even if it was true (just because its said on howards show by a caller doesnt make it so), its a fact now that they have more listeners overall.

3. odd that you know the makeup of the entire audience. Oh thats right, according to you you were an old fan. so i guess that makes you fat, overwei... blah blah blah...

4. Dont know what to do with their channels? How about this: they added R&F (the best show on radio. try listening to it once before you talk down on it) and play replays of their own show. What people want to hear. They dont fill the rest of the time with worthless self-promoting garbage shows that nobody cares about. Do you seriously listen to the wrap-up show, the news and the intern show (if that still exists) every day? Im going to guess no.

5. Pretzel. its pretZel. I know english is difficult, but youll pick up after a few more years.

6. Weren't O&A getting fired last october? talk about 'hearing things'

funny how upset you get when you realize that O&A arent going anywhere anytime soon.

Tom C.
if im reading your post right, the CBS show also plays on XM.

DodgersBlues,
some analyst still think Howard might be on a sinking ship.

No...AIR. When I said how do we know what they are like, I met how do we know the in depth, Stuff. What are the shows about, what kind of meterial will air etc. You can't say it is exactly like a wrap up show, without hearing that show.

Like Stern or O&A... doesn't matter to me, but i just saw info on O&A's "video contest" and it really is identical to Stern's Film Festival from a year ago... viewers create a short film of original content related to the show and its themes... I know Stern didnt invent everything under the sky, but dont you think O&A (or any professional for that matter) would be a little more careful and try not to do identical bits of a competitor...especially when they concentrate all their energy bashing that person?
