This is a great car people..
Is it still FWD? Why get this over a v6 Altima?
I dont know how I feel about that interior. There are just too many buttons in too many places for my liking.
"Why get this over a v6 Altima?"
Or G35, for that matter.
Comparing a front-drive Altima to a rear-drive G35 is apples and oranges.
This baby is smooth.. You can hear yourself breathing even when you run it fast..
Just test drive it and you will see what I mean! (At least the previous model is but I am sure this will blow your mind too)
I wish the screen was no set so far back. I would think it would be more difficult to see.
the headlights are fucken gay sort of like the new focus
I would love to get back into another Maxima (I miss my old one) , especially this newly resigned one. It is strikely beautiful...THIS is a car!!! I almost woke my husband up out of his deep sleep, just so that he could see the commericial. I used to own a 2000 5 speed GXE, before I had my daughter. I sold it and got a familymobile (2004 Pacifica); totally missed my Maxima (made me sad everytime I saw one like mine). I absolutely loved that car. When I was on driving on the road, especially the interstate, it was like no other car was on the road but me and didn't mind a little road challenge every now and again either; iIt had great pickup and style. That was one smooth ride. The Maxima is a strong, handsome car (just like a man :)) and a sure 'noug head-turner. My husband and I are about to buy a 2009 and I am anxiously anticipating to see if I can get him to buy THIS car, instead of the Acura TL or any other car for that matter. This is the car for 2009.
Wow...wow...this is such a beauuutiful vehicle, i can definetly sell my BMW to buy a Maxima 2009!!!
I've never like Altima's. They look cheap. I've always like Maxima's. Four doors, looks great, better power, more refined interior, Nissan reliability and resale value. G35's coupes look good, but we're talking 4 doors, not 2, for someone with a family, who doesn't have to sacrifice sports feel or power. The G35 sedan is not that good looking, quite honestly. I only wish the Maxima was offered with all-wheel drive. Then we'd be comparing it with Audi. Looks good though!
LOve It
Better than the bloated looking 6th generation Maxima which was very unattractive from nearly all angles. There getting somewhere fianally- but somehow still looks too cheap for the harsh sticker price.
Buy a BMW people, for the same price you could get alot more in the looks department.
