Considering this tour is to help drum up support for O&A and XM, seems like they're doing it out of desperation for CBS ratings and overall popularity.

And the comedians are pretty good, not a bad list, which leads me to believe...

Maybe they think people will tune in. It's a good idea, but really shows that they have to resort to a traveling circus of sorts just to draw in listeners.

You know I am tired of hearing people bitch as to why O&A are doing this show, it has nothing to do with getting more listeners, if they do get more listeners, that is just a bonus for them. The reason they are doing this is more for the comedians themselves, it's more of a thank you for continued support of the O&A show in general. So Howard and his fans can go fuck a goat!

lets be honest, richard christie is great a sound bits. If O/A had someone half as good as him their show might be somewhat listenable. I used to love O/A till they got kicked off, then I started listening to Stern. Saying O/A are better than Stern is like saying your high school football team is better than the Giants

O&A Are OK at best. Stern doesn't even make his own show funny. It's all the other knuckle heads he has on his show (besides robin)that make it that good. O&A were good on regular radio and once they went xm they fell off. Stern excelled on srius and made his show even better. i am not really a fan of either and these are just my opinons. but i would take stern over O&A. I have an old clip when stern had a jackie sound alike contest, and the winner was none other the anthony. He was kissing howards ass when he was there too. One more thing. if the radio show was anthony and norton it would be way better
