Orbitcast Jobs
I'm introducing a new section to this site entitled "Orbitcast Jobs" where job seekers and companies alike can meet and share jobs specific to the satellite radio industry.

Companies looking to recruit highly-qualified and technical candidates can currently advertise a position on Orbitcast Jobs for only $99/month. This provides you ability to appeal to a very targeted audience of professionals who otherwise might not notice your position.

Here's some key takeaways about this new job board:

  • This site attracts a very targeted and premium audience that follows the satellite radio industry at an obsessive level.
  • Orbitcast receives an average of 11,000 - 14,000 page views a day, and growing.
  • Our partnership with Simply Hired allows your job posting to get additional visibility across their entire network, which includes MySpace and LinkedIn.
  • $99 per listing is a damn good deal.

So if you're in seek of savvy talent, give it a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Any company would be smart to advertize on Orbitcast...It's great to see this site many of us have come to love grow at a rapid pace.

Anyone having troubles reaching the http://jobs.orbitcast.com URL? A friend says he's having issues getting there.

Please let me know.. trying to work out any technical issues.

(Oh and thanks Prozac, there's more stuff coming!) :)

Ryan - All I get when I click on that link is a general 'job-o-matic' page with a big picture of a robot...

I get the Job*a*Matic homepage... looks like it forwards to http://www.jobamatic.com/a/jbb/home

DAMNIT! OK, I've updated the links until I figure out why the DNS setting isn't working.

http://orbitcast.jobamatic.com

That's the url for now. Thanks all for checking.

My company is in desperate need of a semi-literate douchebag for the following duties:

1. post obsessively on internet message boards about whether Stern or Opie is in fact the bigger pussy
2. make sweeping predictions about future stock valuations based on what he/she witnessed at the local Best Buy
3. pretend to be over 15 years old while spelling like a kindergartener

Where, oh where, could I possibly find such a person? Is there ANYWHERE on the internet that these diamonds in the rough congregate?

Pfft... hundreds of jobs open from SIRIUS and XM and yet I still can't find one that has the title "Web Designer" or "Programmer."

@ Andy --
Way to piss on the whole thing bro. Jealous much?

Dude, can you ho out this site even a little bit more?

Totally agree. You should just do all this shit for free. Monetizing is like soooo last year.
