PT Multimedia will launch a takeover bid for Sirius Satellite Radio Inc with the payment of $12.75 USD for each of the that responded to the tender offer, this initial offer could reach the limit of price of $13.15 USD for each share of the company."
I'm filing this under "rumors" for now because there's no way to tell if this is fact or fiction.
