Sirius covering the Star Wars 30th Celebration

Sirius' Raw Dog channel (ch 104) is covering the "Star Wars Celebration IV" at the Los Angeles Convention Center, which started today (May 24th) at 12-noon ET and will continue through Tuesday, May 29th.
Star Wars Celebration IV is the biggest Star Wars party ever. Thirty years ago, Star Wars opened in theaters and took audiences on a groundbreaking journey to a galaxy far, far away. It instantly seized the public's imagination, and three decades later still claims that grasp. The event brings the best of the Star Wars universe together in one place for a weekend that’s designed by fans for fans.
Coverage begins with reports from today’s "fan club only" events and includes a full weekend of reports that will include droid building, costume contests, Jedi training, the “Stormtrooper Olympics” and sneak peeks at the all-Star Wars episodes of Family Guy and Robot Chicken.
Sirius is also staging a final battle between Darth Vader and Yoda for the best two characters as voted by fans in Sirius’ "Duel of Fates." The winner will be announced at 12 noon ET on Tuesday.

Why does Sirius always copy XM??? They stink and I don't like them.

I doubt SIRIUS is "copying" XM...something like this (covering the "Celebration IV", the "Duel of Fates", etc.) takes a bit longer to set up than just a few days. More likely: SIRIUS is just slower than XM on releasing information and promoting their special programming.
