Im sorry. I dig the Who. But.. i dont know. Just glad XM doesnt do this with artists. I want variety in my music channels. I know Sirius provides that on many other channels. But allocating bandwidth for this? I hope XM doesnt follow suit.

I love The Who, but how much can most people take?
I'll listen for a few minutes here and there - longer if there's a block of great tunes - but then change the channel...

Although the "never before-heard shows and backstage conversations" might be interesting. Since Daltry and Townshend are actually involved in programming, it might be more entertaining than the Stones channel.

XM has Willies Plays (Whillie Nelson). But they just play his style of music, not all Whillie all the time. Same for Frank's place (Frank Sinatra). I like the idea of using a big name to promote a genre than using a big name to "waste" an entire channel on.

XM has a who channel

its on 202

"XM has a who channel its on 202"

lol

"XM has a who channel

Guess that's better than the Has Been channel that Sirius has on 100 & 101

"XM has a who channel

its on 202"

That would be the Who gives a shit channel.

I hate this place. Typical Stern fans. Cant have a discussion on anything XM/Sirius without brining up who is a failure and who isnt.

Satellite Radio ISNT ABOUT ONE CHANNEL YOU IDIOTS

hahahahhaha

Thanks for making me laugh tussel

i would rather listen to a has been than a never was

when did o&a fans get so
touchy

lol at my last comment

I meant about XM 202 and H100. But it applies to this story also.

"when did o&a fans get so"

When Howard became so irrelevant. See i can do it also.

This again shows what XM can do. Over at sirius they buy "30 years of maximum R&B" and fill a channel with "Content" while XM anounces a list of Live prefomances upcomming.

"when did o&a fans get so touchy"

Maybe their parents took away their girl "robots"?

It's a theory...

I can't stand "Who Are You" at all. How is anyone gonna tolerate it over and over every hour?

They need to bring back the Springsteen station!

I used to listen to nothing but Sirius when that was one, now instead I'm digging my ipod.

why not make a guest artist channel that shoves a new artist on the channel for a month. like 'who' month or 'mettalica' month or 'tussel is a fag' month.

Wasnt that the original idea for the Stones channels. And stop ripping on me. I tried to keep this on topic. OOOoooo he is an XM fan. He is the enemy. Get a clue.

XM has Frank's Place, but it isn't just all Frank Sinatra, same thing with Willie's Place.

I can understand doing a special day or series of nights on a particular channel, but I just can't see listening to just one artist, all the time, even if it's only for a limited time.

and stop ripping on me>>>

then stop posting

"I hate this place."
Nothing works here... the medications aren't strong enough. I've been here for 7 years....

Hey stop it. My girl robots are gone, mom and dad have taken away my sat radio, they said I've been talking like those too no talent ass clowns I model my world after. Can I just not suck Hugh's ass in peace?

Be gone xmelots!

I like the way SIRIUS promotes an artist or deserving band. I do not have to listen 24/7 to that specific channel, but it feels nice to be able to listen anytime I want. It is like Elvis or The Who on demand.

Afterall, SIRIUS offers the most music channels for lisening than any other satellite radio provider (with the latest radios).

"Afterall, SIRIUS offers the most music channels for lisening than any other satellite radio provider"

What?
XM provides 69 commercial free music channels. Sirius has 68? Those numbers may be off but im positive XM one ups what Sirius's offers. And with a catalog of tracks 3 million deep, walks all over what Sirius is providing.

oh yeah, well sirius covers the nfl better, so there!

Waits for Rich to answer to me. If he ever comes back to explain himself. He wont. Oh well. Talks to self. Cant for Sunday. Going to watch the Jets not get their ass kicked by the Pats! Should be a great tailgate, as always.

going to the game tussel? i'm going to cincy to watch the bengals crush the browns. the pats are always tough to play. hopefully pennington can have a repeat of last week.

"Waits for Rich to answer to me."

Sorry to make you wait Tussel, but you are not the most important item in my life.

With my Sirius Sportster4 I receive "all" commercial free music channels being broadcast by SIRIUS and that equates to more than XM.

There could be another law suit over the false advertisng by XM on this issue if they do not change their ads. Hope not, satrad alreay has enough black eyes.
