Sirius Satellite CEO gets $14 mln in restricted stock for 2004

Sirius CEO Mel Karmazin (aka, "The Karm") received restricted stock awards valued at $14.2 million for 2004, according to a proxy filed with the SEC. In November, Sirus will pay The Karm a whoppin' $1.25 million annual base salary.

Joe Clayton on the otherhand, received restricted stock awards valued at a measly $2.36 million, with a $600,000 salary, a $600,000 bonus, $89,998 in other benefits and a grant of 2.75 million stock options for 2004.
