SIRIUS Satellite Radio included with New York Condo Complex
Alchemy Properties is the first real estate developer in New York to install SIRIUS satellite radios into a multifamily complex. Residents of the 47-unit Lookout Hill Condominium located in Brooklyn, New York, get the first-year of SIRIUS absolutely free.
"Most of our residents will be between 30 and 40 years old, so they’re somewhat contemporary and like gadgets," said Kenneth Horn, president of Alchemy Properties. Due to the level of positive feedback, the company is considering installing satellite radios in apartments that they develop in the future.
The one, two, and three bedroom units are priced from $470,000 to $995,000 and are between 677 and 1,653 sqft.

Not a bad deal going on here. But its also more people getting Sirius free. Like the 1/2 of OEM subs this past quarter.

hahahaha
tussel I can see you sitting at home saying wah wah wah.
Does it really matter where the sub is coming from. Sirius isn't paying for the sub. Sirius is still getting paid.
Doesn't GM pay a meger 3months sub for every car sold. GM sold a ton of cars last year so that probably helped XM's sub count also. Doesn't matter when the sub is counted just as long as Sirius is getting paid. And they are.
And this is a Sirius thread why don't you wait until Panero figures out how to do it in his Shitty neighborhood.

Now they need 1.8 million units. That's one big building.
