XM's POTUS '08 (ch 130) is providing wall-to-wall coverage of the Democratic convention in Denver, with on-air hosts reporting from a skybox overlooking the convention hall, as well as the convention floor and other locations in the Mile-High City. After Barack Obama's speech on Thursday night, the POTUS crew will pack up and head out to St. Paul for the GOP convention. Here's a handful of photos - of somewhat questionable quality - to give you a glimpse of their working conditions.
Pictured above: House majority whip Jim Clyburn (D-S.C.) interviewed by POTUS '08's Joe Mathieu in the XM skybox overlooking the Pepsi Center, the site of the Democratic convention.
Above you'll see POTUS '08's Scott Walterman and Rebecca Roberts have a bird's eye view of the convention hall.
Uhm, just the POTUS '08 team hard at work.

POTUS'08 is actually Channel 130. GREAT station! My favorite actually.
Thanks Derek, I updated the typo.
I have a rental car this week, and it only gets the XM Preview Channel and POTUS, so I 've heard a lot of POTUS. It's on a par with good college radio. The broad Rebecca Roberts is obviously right wind, Walterman and Mathieu sound very similar, like they should be doing morning dropins at a 5kw FM station in Upper Michigan. The guy on the floor, Coleman Gregg or what ever his name is just talks about what it feels like to be him on the floor. Embarassing.
