Sirius XM's morning pop jocks, The Morning Mash Up, were caught recently by the Google Maps street view car as they were crossing the street near NYC's Rockefeller Plaza.
Of course, it's almost impossible to officially say that the folks caught are truly from The Morning Mash Up because their faces are blurred out, but it looks like them. Not to mention that the location that they were captured at is nearby
Sirius XM Radio Inc. headquarters in New York City, adding to the
validity of the image.
The Google Maps street view car is a vehicle that comes in a variety of configurations, but each one has a 360-degree panoramic camera mounted atop it capturing public imagery as it drives around.
The Morning Mash Up! can be heard weekdays from 6am to Noon ET on Sirius XM Hits 1 (Sirius channel 1) and XM's 20 on 20 (XM channel 20).

Two comments:
1. Who??
2. Who cares?
Anybody else love that the van behind them has a WOW sticker on the bumper?
That Nicole is hot. Too bad she does such a sucky show.
1. Morning jocks on Sirius XM Hits channel.
2. Me - interesting to put a (blurred) face to the voice I wake up to.
Seems like there was some "pissed off-itis" concerning having DJ's on that channel a few months ago.
Since I'm 56 years old that is not a channel that interests me but why hire someone to mirror terra radio morning shows?
Another reason the brainiacs at SiriusFM are letting this company tank.
You can put me in with bk2's camp by saying:
1. Who?
2. What's the big deal about a picture of 2 DJ's crossing the streat?
Speaking of morning radio jocks.....
Just got a envelope of SiriusXM paperwork in the mail
Like much of the content and talent on SiriusXM, guess Howard Stern is moving back to FM or internet radio since there is NO mention of him or anyone else on his channels not one of his channel logo's are seen.
Stick a fork in SiriusXm cuz this turd is over.
I actually like them. Yes they can be annoying, but I somewhat like haring voices and some personality with hits 1.
You gotta believe me on this. I was going to keep my mouth shut and be nice, that is, until others started in.
So, I have to ask this question to any of you that have actually heard The Morning Mashup...
Do you really think there is any talent in that group? Do any of you laugh at the show?
I am just trying to figure this one out. Why put a morning show on one of the most popular XM channels? Is there really the need for a "Morning Zoo" on satellite radio?
I have heard this show. It's nothing but bathroom humor and sexual innuendos. It's not the material that bothers me -- it's the fact that none of these DJs seem like they have any experience in comedy. None of the material comes across as anything more upscale than what you would find on a local morning zoo show.
Why not just throw this kind of gossip-fest onto one of the comedy channels? Why is that I have to avoid the 20 on 20 channel for 5 hours every morning just so I don't have to hear this kind of lame humor?
So, for those of you who are saying "Who?" and "What's the big deal?" I agree with you. But I would really like to hear comments from those that have heard the show. I want to know if I am the only person that feels this way.
XM's 20 on 20 was great. Loved when they would do the "overlays" on different days. 20 on 20 Rock, for example.
The "talent" on the current station is anything but. The potty-mouth humor is obnoxious, unless you're five, and I could care less about American Idol, the latest "celeb" gossip, or anything those four (five?) dip shits have to say.
I seldom tune into that channel at all and only in the PM if at all.
^I agree, they blow. I don't completely hate a little DJ commentary & news on the music channels though I hate how some of them try to talk right to the post and fuck up my songs when I record them on my Inno, but at least it is somewhat relevant to the channel. But the morning zoo shit on 20 is ridiculous. I don't want to hear that kinda shit on a music channel. If I wanted to, I would tune in to a TALK channel. Hell, I listen to O&A and get far cruder humor and language, so that certainly doesn't bother me. But I just about only go to Flight 26 or or Pop2k for pop music because I HATE the drivel that is spewed by these interns on 20. This dreck should not be on any of the music channels. I would rather listen to Jon & Jeff fingerpopping each others assholes.
The guy in the ballcap has some marvelous manboobs. I hear Scott Greenstein likes manboobs.
They seem to be jaywalking.
Oh, so those are the ones that walk by the O&A studio in the morning. So, they do exist - I thought it was a bit.
Why the Mash-Up gang being caught in public is so important, I'm not sure.
In any case, they're no different than the thousand or so other "Morning Zoo" programs that populate terrestrial radio. They really are all the same--dumb jokes, low-common denominator humor, and professional forced laughter from the others. Oh and an occasional song or two, should they remember to actually play them.
I have never cared for a bunch of people waking me up at 5:30 in the morning, wacked out on liquid crack and caffeine. Sorry, just not my thing.

Believe it or not, the Morning Mash Up has a very large Facebook following and posts from fans constantly. Maybe it's not your cup of tea, but the show is very popular...probably more popular than almost any other thing on Sirius XM.
This is actually a "Morning Zoo" show that I appreciate from time to time.
I listen to them. At first, I was upset about them going onto 20 on 20, but at least they are interactive with listeners, and not simply voicetracked "talent".
I think they should get more credit for being live, at least.
If you don't like them, then why not turn the channel to another pop channel on XM? It's not rocket science dipshits!
Pop music sucks, any talk to break up that crap has to be a good thing.
Not njCLOWNbo:
Its not my job to change your diaper.
I listen to 20 on 20 occasionally even though I'm older than their target demographic. I liked the previous concept better without the morning show, and I wonder why the channel was tampered with given that it had already been the number one XM channel. Further, I agree with you and Recondo72 that it would seem people turn to satellite radio for something they can't get on terrestrial radio. It's as if nearly everything on XM had to be changed as part of a "pissing match" to prove that Sirius had the better ideas. I know all about takeovers and the fact that companies can do whatever they want, but I still cannot understand why you gut the product more than half of your customers signed up to get.
Your comment about a "pissing match" was an angle that had not occurred to me, and you could well be right.
I've been through a couple of takeovers in my life as well, and it's never fun. You have a good team, a good product, and all of a sudden the owners or corporate decide this is somehow not a good thing, and it must be changed.
Change is indeed inevitable, but change for change's sake is almost always destructive, and that includes the bottom line.
Sirius/XM has not yet proven it has a sound business model that will restore the merged company to what it once was; the real change needed is at the top, from Mel on down.
Mel doesn't look like he's going anywhere, nor are any of those tools that came in and wrecked a unique programming concept. They'll just keep saying everything's fine until the end...then they'll blame everyone else and run away, pots of looted gold on their backs.
As for 20 on 20, I've tried to listen to it, but the channel just doesn't move me, with or without the Mash Up. If what others have said is true, the Mash Up crew are one of those "love 'em/hate 'em" type of shows. The same could be said for Howard, O&A, and others: you either really love them or you just hate them.
