Steve Kingston not only is a radio innovator, but he has a reputation for "fixing" things that are broken. While Ethel may have been one of XM's "gems" previous to Mr. Kingston's arrival at satellite radio, he will undoubtedly make it even better than it was all in due time. Paying for satellite radio is a Catch-22....you wanted to leave the FM airwaves to seek solace in uninterrupted spans of musical nuggets that once turned your world right-side-up, and now make you nostalgic for those days. New days are here! As someone who has personally witnessed Steve Kingston turn a fledgling radio station into FM gold, allow Steve to nurture Ethel into that XM gem that you crave!

Steve Kingston was part of the problem that put traditional radio in the situation its in today. To pay him to destroy Ethel is unthinkable.
You say he's credited for making stations great? If that's true, why did his own "indie" station tank so quickly? Because he's a corporate 'think inside the box' guy.
In fact, he comes from Pop! What a travesty. XM is sure to continue to sink now.
