Tony KornheiserXM Satellite Radio will be airing Tony Kornheiser's new radio show originating from Washington Post Radio (WTWP), weekdays from 9am-11am ET on XM Sports Nation (ch 144).

The sportswriter, columnist, ESPN commentator, humorist, and author will also host special shows exclusively for XM's audience on a regular basis.

"Tony is a superstar with a huge following across the country," said XM's E-Lo, "XM puts Tony's new radio show on a national platform."

Kornheiser is a columnist for The Washington Post, the co-host of ESPN's "Pardon the Interruption," and an analyst for ESPN's "Monday Night Football." He previously was part of the XM lineup before.

"The Tony Kornheiser Show" is the latest addition to what appears to be a rapidly growing XM Sports Nation channel.

I love Kornheiser! He's a huge reason why I signed up for XM in the first place.

a great guy. the only reason to listen to XM

"the only reason to listen to XM"
YES! Music has nothing to do with Satellite Radio!

Meh.
Tony is ok, he sucked on Monday Night Football. Like really sucked.

Amen, finally a reason to listen to XMSN. Otherwise this station is a complete dog and what they should have really done is left with all SNR content. It's the best sports radio on the dial and I really pissed when they took it off. But I have always liked Tony K and I'm glad to see him on the XM dial.

Never heard of him. Another stunning win for E-Lo.

XM, DAMN. I loved his old ESPN radio show

pock...you have never heard of him? WOW I may not watch ESPN much but I at least keep up with sports and I've heard his name quite abit whenever I do tune in. Anybody that tunes into whatever he's on will surely be happy if they have XM or plan to have it.

"POCKPIE" Isn't that what you call the crater left on your face after you pop a zit?

He's been on XM's "Extreme Talk" channel for a while now. Over 2 years at least. How is this news?

Plus, let's not forget. Tony can be heard all over the country on free radio already... Come on XM. This is supposed to excite us?
