Following Howard's appearance on Letterman, someone was outside recording fans reactions to the free Sirius Satellite Radios. Not surprising, they were all pretty happy.

How awesome it must have been to get a Sirius radio from The Man Himself.

All Hail the King! :-)

thanks Howard! thanks Howard! thanks Howard! thanks Howard! thanks Howard! thanks Howard! thanks Howard! thanks Howard! thanks Howard! thanks Howard! thanks Howard! thanks Howard! thanks Howard! thanks Howard!

The King has bestowed gifts to his subjects

You can tell by the first group of people responses that they still feel that satellite radio is expensive and a luxury item. And in a way it is, but not so much anymore. This is what the satellite radio industry needs to work on to fix because if someone thanks its a luxury item then more people won't "buy in" as they should.

Dodger what are you thinking him for exactly? "10 years of sub par radio"? Thats nothing to be thankful for as a listener.

In desperation, I know someone will pick at this. I mean thinks, not thanks.

howard stern for president.... 08.... sirrus.......

I cant wait for the post that says Howards is cheap because he gave out a couple a 1000 $129 radios instead of $349 radios.

ps= He "bought" 300 s100 for christmas, do that math.

I just re-watched the video and why did she say that she got a stiletto? The first lady clearly showed a Starmate 4. It doesn't really matter what radio they got. Even if you didn't get the best one you still get the experience of satellite radio versus AM/FM and eventually they could get the Stilleto if they felt Sirius was worth the money. Now if the antennas/radios break rather quickly...then there might be a problem.

the stiletto woman probably was just fooling around and wanted others to make others/viewers really jealous

HOWARD FOR PRESIDENT! HOWARD FOR PRESIDENT!

Cool video.

I heard OandA fans were ambushing the cameras before and after the show with WOW signs. They were also holding up a banner that said "howard sterns daughter had sex at jingleball 2000".

Howard fans get to work and retaliate........

@Dave:

I was on 53rd when Howard arrived, and I didn't see any O&A fans.

Retaliate? Why should Howard fans even care about O&A?

@ahigee

That woman probably said Stiletto just because she heard Howard say it when he gave one to Dave, thinking it was the same unit.

Stern's Daughter did not have sex after Jingle Ball (or maybe she did) but she DID have her stomach pumped... Where was Daddy?

I like how he shows a Stilleto, says he bought one for all, but then gives them Starmates.

Stern is no more than Mel's marketing whore... Problem is, no one cares anymore.

I mean I get why he took the big pay day, but c'mon, be honest... He is not the power-house he was. It's over. Just be happy for him for being so GD Rich, but when you sell out, you are out. Can't have it both ways.

Way to go Howard! The Starmate 4 is one seriously (or Siriusly) cool radio.

Stern's TV ratings were not as high as O&A's when they appeared on Letterman. Not opinion...that's fact.

you better check your "facts" again. those two non-talents couldn't pull ratings on free radio, they can't pull ratings on sat. radio. o&a suck..

Once again... who really cares about O&A? They will amount to more than mere specks of dust in the vast sea of Stern immitators.

It's like arguing about The Monkees vs. The Beatles, really.

10 Years of Howard subpar radio is far superior than Oral and All Terrain Face's best radio, anyday!

hahahahhahaa!!! proof! links!! hahahahahahha!! How pathetic!!

Pathetic is Howard parading around like he would never have done even 5 years ago. We're not talking about the monkey's vs. the beatles, it's more carson vs. letterman in the late 80's. Out with the old and safe, in with the new and edgy.

And if Howard DIDNT come out and promote for Sirius you would call him a lazy old man with no passion. He got his money and doesnt care anymore!

So which is it morons? Dopey and Aids really got you morons brainwashed good eh?

Howard Stern is a genius. Too bad you have to pay for howard stern's radio programming now. I would much rather have preffered that howard stern just kept it free on the air.
