Y'know, if I were in this guy's position, satrad would be the last of my concerns. There have been 100 million Ipods sold, and now that just about every car is coming with an Ipod or Aux-In adaptor, I think the ability to take your tunes with you is a bigger threat to "free" radio listenership than anything an XM-Sirius merger could do.
But you can't sue the Ipod owners, so..........
We already knew this - but just watching him say it makes it even better!! Sorry Mr. Rehr - they are all competitors - case closed!! Seriously though - if this doesn't prove to the DOJ/FCC and other memebers of Congress/Senate that these technologies are all competitors, I will definiely lose a little more faith in our government. Here you have the biggest opponent of the merger - trying to say in front of government officials - the exact opposite of what he says here in the video. Helloooooooo....

I already lost faith in our doj/fcc because they sued microsoft but have left comcast and other cable companies alone. Boy I just love when I am on the phone with comcast and they say, "thank you for choosing comcast."
