Where's TimeTrax?

TimeTraxTimeTrax Technologies - which made a name for itself by allowing recording of satellite radio long before XM and Sirius added time-shifting to their own radios - seems to have disappeared. If you visit their website, it redirects to XM's website. Curious.

Even more suspect is the fact that someone, claiming to be a TimeTrax employee, went through and deleted all posts on the Unofficial TimeTrax message board (even though it's actually not managed by TimeTrax - the messages have since been undeleted).

There's been no word from anyone at the company, but the fact that website redirects to XM is pretty telling.

Can you say payoff? He's probably in Tahiti sippin' Margaritas right now.

Wonder what their working on with/for XM.

I have been trying to get a software key from them since paying for the program on 6-16-06 with pay pal. I guess this explains there lack of response to my tech support requests.......

Update on TimeTrax's website:

Welcome to Timetrax Downloads. I put this site here to provide you with a place to download files associated with Time Trax Technologies - Recast, hardware drivers, instructions, quick start guides, cleaner app, etc.

I hope to be able to provide access to knowledgebase articles and any other technical information that I can get my hands on. If you have anything that you would like to contribute to this archive, please let me know (link to email soon).

I am trying to get what I need to provide an auto-reply features for recovering Recast licenses. More to come.

Thanks for your support and enjoy.
