XM and Sony BMG reach agreement over Inno

XM Satellite Radio and Sony BMG are saying they have resolved the lawsuit over its Pioneer Inno.
This follow similar agreements made with both Universal Music Group and Warner Music Group back in December. Sony BMG has withdrawn as a party to the complaint filed by the RIAA against XM in May 2006.
EMI is the last of the Big Four major labels to not have announced a settlement over the Inno.
The companies did not disclose terms of the deal.

I like the slogan... ipod-mothership. Well done... only it potentially makes these xm radio sound too large, but whatever.

lets see:
Jeter(mlb)
Ellen
Snoop
Tyra
some horrendous rapper
Messier(nhl)
now why would such major players in the sattelite industry such as o&a be left out of XM's Marketing Campaign?

C'mon, 0.0, we both know that the one-sided war is over. No need to kick them when they're down.
Let's help Ryan keep his blog clean with on-topic posts.

FYI, that image is from the old Inno ad campaign (here's another similar ad) - it's one of my personal favorites.

We're going to have to co-exist somehow after the merger goes through.

"ahhh you stupid mother fuckers, The Targzissians, who are malevolent reptilians & the Insectillians (aka the Skreed), who are "smart bugs" five feet tall say the no talent cocksmokers ahhh belong on terrestrial radio ahh where other no talentsclones are put to the pasture to die"

Are we Riley? Why don't you face reality that 0.0 will be out quick as shit when the merger is over. They will either have to publically grovel and fellate Howard, or go back to hack morning zoo FM, which they are quickly heading off of at this point.

No wonder Howard takes Fridays off. He hasn't had to work for years....his army of mindless zombie retards does everything for him. How much of that 250 million dollars you getting, 0.0? Oh yeah, I know....$0.00. Fool.

One of the biggest legal issues in SDARS today and the reason why the Inno is so vastly superior to the Stiletto and good old 0.0 again relegates it to Hoo Hoo talk. Thanks, you're brilliant. Maybe if Sirius had shown the same leadership on this as XM it could have been cleared up long ago and the Stiletto 2 could have been worth buying.
