It seems that the rumors were true, although the number was a bit off: XM Canada has added several new channels to its lineup.
While not the rumored 40 additional channels, XM Canada added 10 new channels to the roster.

I noticed the three new NHL channels were added here in the US as well...Very cool; no more having to miss certain games because there aren't enough channels to air them on. Go Coyotes!
I second that.
But I wonder when the XM Traffic and Weather channels would be moved.
I'd rather have all the PBP channels together, for praticality reasons.
Like from XM 230-250 or beyond.
I agree...Maybe make the Virus be like Channel 160 so it's not inbetween college sports and NHL. Then, set the college sports to run from, say, channel 190 to 210. Make Hockey 211-219...Then, push the traffic channels up to start at 220 and end at 240. It might create some confusion initially, but I think it'd work. That, or put The Virus on 152, and put "Extreme Talk" next to WSIX and put THAT on 160...Either way, it frees up that block from 190 through 219 for college and NHL play-by-play and talk.
