That might as well have been written in binary. that makes no sense to me.
XM was given 45 days to issue their motion to throw out the lawsuit. "Atlantic Recording Corp" has until August 31st to retort. Then, XM has until September 29th to fire back.
It's just a timeline showing what's going on right now.
ARC, et al. filed a lawsuit. XM requested that the lawsuit be dismissed. ARC will now argue why the lawsuit is legitimate and why it should not be dismissed. finally, XM will have a chance to argue why it should be dismissed. the USDJ will read all of the claims and supporting arguments and make a desicion on whether the lawsuit should be dismissed.
