The 2009 Chevrolet Tahoe Hybrid is part of the official fleet of vehicles - provided by GM - for the 2008 Democratic National Convention this week in Denver, Colo. and the 2008 Republican National Convention, Sept. 1-4 in Saint Paul, Minn. And those Chevy Tahoe Hybrids are, of course, equipped with XM NavTraffic real-time traffic information service. Indeed, all 2009 Chevy Tahoe Hybrid models include three years of XM NavTraffic service.
So what better way to promote the XM NavTraffic and Chevy Tahoe Hybrid connection, than by looping it all in with XM's POTUS '08 channel (ch 130)?
The POTUS team is driving four of these wrapped Tahoe Hybrids at each convention. In addition to use at the conventions, two of the XM NavTraffic-equipped Chevrolet Tahoe Hybrids will be used by the XM POTUS channel team through the United States presidential inauguration in January in Washington, D.C.
