Five XM Satellite Radio products have been recognized as honorees for the Innovations 2006 Awards, including two "Best of Innovations" for the Polk Audio I-Sonic entertainment system and the XM Smart Digital Adapter by Audiovox Electronics.
In all, five products from XM and its manufacturing partners were among the Innovations 2006 Honorees selected by an independent panel of engineers, designers and journalists including: the Polk Audio I-Sonic, the Denon AVR-4306 A/V Receiver, the Harman Kardon AVR 740, the Samsung neXus XM-Ready MP3 Player, and the Audiovox XM Smart Digital Adapter.
Also of note, Pioneer also announced their AVIC-Z1 hard drive uber-navigation system (which includes attachments for both XM and SIRIUS Satellite Radio) also was an 2006 CES Innovations Honoree.
