XM Radio Website Usability Study

XM Rocks did a usability study on XM's website recently and I just thought it was an insightful little writeup. Points out a few pet-peeves people have had with it (no search, Mac compatibility issues, etc). I'd love to see a usability study done on SIRIUS' website as well. Would be interesting to see (and I can think of a few things to change).

Let's open this up to the comments. What are your biggest complaints/problems with either XM's or SIRIUS' sites? How about you Mac folks?

XM radio is a rip off. They take your money and run. They never answer their phones, on hold the last time for 42 minutes and hung up. They don't answer their e-mails 6 sent over the last 4 days.

XM Radio scam. When the xm radio three month free subscription ran out on on the new chevy I bought the usual calls came to renew.I declined.Three months later I get a call from a collection agency saying they represent xm radio and I owe them money. They had all of my personal info so I'm sure they were for real. After telling him to screw off and don't bother me he tells me he will be calling twice a week. I hang up and call Xm radio. Some jerk there trys to tell me that it was up to me to call and cancel or they would start billing me.I am waiting for someone to call again so that I can streighten it out.
