XM Satellite to invest $25 mln in WorldSpace

DXM Satellite Radio invests in WorldSpaceXM Satellite Radio has announced it would buy $25 million of stock in , which provides satellite radio services in Asia, Europe and Africa, extending the largest U.S. service’s international presence.

XM will also get warrants giving it the right to buy another $37.5 million in WorldSpace stock and an option to invest with WorldSpace and other partners in other countries around the world.
