XM Satellite Radio and Warner Music Group have resolved the lawsuit over the Pioneer Inno.
The terms of the deal were again not disclosed, but we know it's a multi-year agreement that covers current XM radios and future devices - much like the deal that XM reached with Universal.
Warner Music Group, the world's third largest music company, as a result has pulled out of the RIAA lawsuit against XM. That leaves Sony BMG and EMI as the remaining two of the Big Four record conglomerates left in the lawsuit.

I just got back from my local circuit city. Sirius is completely sold out!!! they have plenty of xm radios still available. the salesman said that they have sold out of Sirius a few times this month. He also stated that XM radios havent been moving much at all.

Sirius boxes are the same size if not smaller than XM's. Sirius Radios are also the same size or smaller than XM's.
So I'm not sure what your point was here, unless you just wanted to show everyone how little you now about SATRAD????

Inno's won't sell??? You should have tried to buy one at a Best Buy during the Holiday's.....no such luck as they were almost always sold out!!!
The reason Sirius is sold out at Circuit and XM is not is because you would have to be moron to shop at CC (i.e. a Sirius Subscriber)!!!! Most informed consumers now realize that CC is on it's way to non-existence, and even their once loyal customers have jumped ship to the Blue Box!!!!!
They may need to coat them in gold but at least they don't have to release a new model that is exactly like the old one less than a year later and still see no takers.
