XM Satellite Radio has signed on FOX Business Network and will begin airing the all-business, all-the-time programming starting on July 14th.XM EVP of Programming Eric (E-Lo) Logan said, "FOX Business brings a great line-up of business news and analysis for XM listeners nationwide. This is the latest milestone in a long and productive partnership between FOX News and XM."
FOX Business, which debuted in October 2007, joins other FOX channels on XM, including FOX News and FOX News Talk.
The channel will broadcast on XM Channel 128.

Fox Street Girls...
Buy or Sell?
I was ready to dump XM, but now this is a good move for XM, so if the merger happens, then I'll just keep the News talk channels.
E-Lo is a genius! Now if he could only beat his alcoholism.
Another TV audio feed, I'll pass.
I'm not sure which I enjoy more:
- the fact that XM keeps signing on great content
- or that Ryan always manages to put hot chicks into his posts
those chicks are ridiculous. Nothing i love more than slutty looking conservative babes feeding me the daily business news
If only E-Lo would tell Melvin Alan "Mel" Karmazin to take his "merge" scheme and SHOVE IT. Let XM turn itself around into the powerhouse we know it can be
My guess? Fox offered this channel for free. Maybe they begged XM to take it. Most cable companies don't even offer this channel on their basic tier or at all. Fox is probably trying to drum up interest in their fumbling business channel. Who knows, maybe it will work.
Am I missing something here or does it look like the chick in blue is standing like she has bigger balls than anybody reading this blog? The FCC should require before approving the merger that no anchors look so sexy but possess such colossal balls.
E-Lo, the best thing to happen to XM, and Mel, the worst.
however, the only channel line up news from sirius is that bruce sprengsteens e-street radio will be on channel 10 at least until mid 2009.
great,
better news, talk or whatever then one artist channels
Funny - another radical right-wing viewpoint added to the airwaves and no outpouring of disgust by you merger fanatics.
I really hope the FCC takes another 10 months. That should be enough time for Mel's money to run out and Sirius to be sold for cents on the dollar at a bankruptcy auction. Maybe Clear Channel can pick-up some assets.
XM Good - Merger Bad
Funny - FOX is considered "radical right-wing" while MSNBC and CNN are just fine.
Classic liberal bullshit.
Even the reactionaries are admitting Fox is radical, right-wing. See above.
do the chicks on there even know anything about business news...lol
I think the woman to the right is Jenna Lee, who has an advanced degree in business from UC Berkeley (a bit of an oxymoron, but, still...).
I have a dress JUST like that blue one, except it has a lace collar.
Sent to 55 of my friends and asked them to forward... you do the same eh?

Howdy,
As you know I'm both a fan and investor in satellite radio... have been since inception of the techhnology.
In February 2007, Sirius applied for a merger with XM radio as both of these entities have had tremendous start up costs and a very competitive market competing with ipod, wifi and others. The DOJ approve of this merger in March of 2008. Though the FCC has had this issue for a whopping 456 days, they have failed to rule. This is in part due to the influence that terrestrial radio ( NAB -National Association of Broadcasters) has gone to great length to block this both legally via exparte filings and underhandedly with "political contributions" to various members of Congress including Brownback, Dingle, Leahy, and a host of others hidden in the woodwork. The best Government money can buy as they say .....
To top it all off, Jesse Jackson quickly joined "Georgetown Partners" and petitioned the FCC to "give" up to 20% of Sirius and XM spectrum to them for "minority broadcasting" which most consider a shake down. 8% has been suggested in a concession letter along with ala carte pricing and a 3 year price freeze.
The FCC is in the final stages of determining if this merger will be allowed. If you have a moment, and support this merger, please click on the link above (see the far right of the FCC page for links) above and send an e-mail to Chairman Martin (who finally voiced support of this after 450 days) but mostly Commissioners Tate, Adlestein, McDowell and Copps. It being generally believed that Tate and Adlestein are the swing votes.
Lastly, if you are so inclined, please forward this to 2-3 of your friends and ask them to support Satellite radio and forever wipe out the NAB monopoly and all those commercials.
Anybody notice that the women on Fox are usually blonde and are always in a skirt?
I wanna stick her in her fart box!
I heard an ad today for changes to 167 as well on the 14th of July. They're adding Stephanie Miller, bringing back the Young Turks, and rebranding as "America Left featuring Air America" or something like that
"Fox Street Girls...
Buy or Sell?"
ROTFLMAO
Fox Business can't do any worse than the maroons on CNBC .
