XM Announces First Quarter 2005 Results

XM Satellite Radio today reported the results for Q1 2005.
XM recorded 541,140 net subscriber additions, representing a 68% increase over the 321,675 subscribers added in the first quarter last year. They finished the quarter with 3,770,264 subscribers.

Hugh Panero, President and CEO of XM Satellite Radio, got a bonus award totaling $575,850 for 2004, compared with $412,000 for 2003. He also received a salary totaling $476,854 in 2004, compared with $412,000 in 2003. (They seemed to have liked that number on 2003)
